The Center for Tax and Budget Accountability is a bi-partisan 501(C)(3) non-profit research and advocacy think tank that promotes fair, efficient and progressive tax, spending and economic policies.
Center on Budget and Policy Priorities
The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities is one of the nation’s premier policy organizations working at the federal and state levels on fiscal policy and public programs that affect low- and moderate-income families and individuals. The Center conducts research and analysis to inform public debates over proposed budget and tax policies and to help ensure that the needs of low-income families and individuals are considered in these debates. We also develop policy options to alleviate poverty.

Governmental Research Association (GRA)
The Governmental Research Association was established in 1914 and is the national organization of individuals professionally engaged in governmental research. The purpose of the Association is to encourage individuals and organizations to engage in governmental research in the general interest. Governmental research involves the collection, analysis, and distribution of factual information on governmental activities to citizens and officials for the improvement of government and the reduction of its cost.

The Federation’s membership includes business and professional leaders from a wide range of Chicago-area companies and institutions.
